This was a Singaporean-inspired favorite in Molito Alabang that finally found its home in Public Eatery. They have the best Jumbo Siomai (₱275), handmade with shrimp, pork, and mushroom. It is quite tasty and can be enjoyed in a few bites. They are also best known for their Char Sui Claypot Rice and Seafood Laksa.

We got siomai and laksa and both were good. Siomai was actually one of the best I’ve tried. Laksa was yummy and fragrant, but not mindblowing. Have also tried their claypot rice before which I found quite nice and flavourful. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly!

It was my first time trying Thomson Road and I got the claypot rice, the serving portion is pretty good and it has that char rice taste that I love
