I find myself in favor of this Lechon Manok and Liempo shop these days. It hasn't been long since I've heard of them and was first introduced to their lechon manok. It was the best local lechon manok I've ever tasted, with way better roasted aroma/flavor than those I've eaten from Chooks-to-Go. Same goes with their liempo–it's also the best one I've had. Both their lechon and liempo have their own flavors deep in the meat. Love them so much. I hope they don't change their formulation.
