On May 13, 2023, we ordered around 8:30 PM and the person who took our order was the woman who I believe is a new employee and doesn't even know what customer service means, almost everyone who ate had finished by that time and we said that the order will be returned after 20 minutes, we came back and were told that the order was still being processed, then we saw some new customers who thought that we had ordered earlier but their order was served earlier and that's why I followed up with the sister staff but still nothing until it was 10 or 10:15 PM before the order was given.
