The staff are nice and accommodating, the overall atmosphere is great. Not too many customers so it isn't as noisy compared to 🧜‍♂️☕. The coffee itself is very delicious. The place is neat and tidy, even the comfort room. Everything is so nice.💯💯💯

The store was very very nice. Air conditioning is very cool. The dining area is spacious. Parking ample.

Parking was spacious during breakfast time. There were also a lot of available tables. However, there's obviously a lack of power outlets that I always look for since I "work from anywhere". The bagel was ok. I might try a different sandwich next time. The brewed coffee that came with it just hits the spot.

Partake of your meal with the young mendicants who go inside, sit with you and ask for food. If Tim Hortons wishes to help the beggars, they can directly donate some unsold (clean) food to them. Actually all restos and cafes should, rather than let it go to waste. This is a stand alone, not beside a mall. They have drive through. When dining in choose inside (spacious and air conditioned) or outside for al fresco seating. Free wifi for one hour, ask the counter for a slip of paper with the code. Donut was not fresh. Must have been baked the day before. Drinks were okay, but not as good as those served in Saudi Arabia (where I’m a regular customer). Toilet was dirty. Dining area is cleaned by the security personnel and not by the staff?
