The WORST branch of Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. If you’ve been following my posts, you’d know that I’ve been to so many Tim Horton branches in Canada, US, Europe, Middle East, Thailand, and the Philippines. In Saudi where I lived for almost 19 years, I literally had Tim Hortons every single day! Last Aug 18, Sunday, we went to this branch and I ordered Spanish latte. While my friends were still thinking what to order, I saw they had a promotion. I asked the cashier if I can change my order to avail of the promotion (50% discount on the tumbler). To my surprise, she said I cannot change my…
The place was nice and quiet. The service was also quick. My favorite is really their double double French vanilla, and I'm glad I wasn't disappointed with this branch. But we just did takeout.
The place is big and aesthetic. I liked their artisan grilled cheese and vanilla iced brew. I was lining up on the right counter and the staff on the left counter called me as the next customer and asked for my order. However, he told me to go back to the right counter to pay. So I had to line up again to the right counter! Lol what a waste of time. Also, he switched up the sizes of the coffees I ordered for me and my friend. Mistakes can happen but at least try your best to correct it.
Tim Horton’s always delivered a damaged coffee cup. We have been receiving a spilled coffee. Don’t get me wrong , the food and coffee was great, however, receiving this kind of package has a big impact in the quality and quantity of food your customer will receive.
I agree on some of the reviews here that this is the worst branch (Il Terrazo) of Tim Hortons. I’d experienced it multiple times. Crews are not accommodating and attentive. They should have action plans with their customer service especially there’s a new coffee shop (Zus Coffee) in Il Terrazo.
