As a Canadian, I was thrilled to enjoy a good Canadian coffee again at Tim Hortons in Vista Mall, Sta. Rosa. My son loved his box of Timbits, which made the visit even better. The staff were friendly and professional, adding to the pleasant experience. The ambiance was lovely, especially with the soothing piano music playing right in front of the entrance. A wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a taste of home!

Tim Hortons offers affordable and good coffee!! Cheaper than any other famous coffee shops but the coffee here tastes better. This branch is located inside the mall (Vista Mall), but the coffee aroma can still be smelled. The baristas were kind to explain the coffee they’re serving. Dark Roast is the best!!!!! I hope Tim Hortons adds more branches in the South (or along the Expressway) since we are from Batangas and this is the closest branch we could go to 😁

I wasn't able to place a order. But, the staff was still pretty nice! Very busy! But, they were able to take care of everyone. I just ran out of time. So, it wasn't any fault. Thank you for the hospitality!

Majority of Holiday special food are unavailable. Donuts, bagels, and sandwiches are unavailable. Food is good tho, i just hope for wider choices

Disappointed! If you’re following me, you’d know that I love Tim Hortons and have been raving about their Products and Services in the Middle East. So when I went to this store in Sta. Rosa, I expected the quality to be the same. I was wrong. First, they don’t have pistachio latte which is my favorite. Then the hazelnut latte didn’t taste hazelnut at all. The donut was too messy to eat. They should have given me a small plate with fork and knife which is a standard procedure in the Middle East when customers bought a donut, pastries or sandwiches.
