The coffee and maple donut at this spot were good, located at 7Q62JX3F+R3 (just Google it, I provided the plus code because the pinned location in Maps was wrong). However, the staff's demeanor leaned towards being aloof, bordering on rudeness. The ambiance was also a bit too noisy due to a group of friends chatting loudly. Despite the noise, there were plenty of seats available. It's a shame because it would have been a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

You queued next to a customer who took a long while to finish the transaction, and when it was your time to order, they said they ran out of it.The manager should have post on the menu board so that customers won’t bother to line up for it. Mind you, not the first time that happened. Educate your manager/staff !!!!

We were so excited to have coffee since I’m a huge fan of Tim Hortons but they only have high chairs which my mom who’s a PWD and a Senior Citizen won’t be able to sit at. When I asked one of the crew members if by any chance they had a small chair which my mom can use, she just couldn’t be bothered. This is the only store of Tim Hortons which I’ve been to in several countries that is not friendly to PWD and Senior Citizen.
