One of my favorite places to start my day at, which opens conveniently early at 7 am. The coffee is excellent and reasonably priced compared to other spots. I typically enjoy a regular iced coffee with an extra shot of espresso or a double-double, perfectly complemented by my favorite apple fritter.

Got here at around 8:50 AM and the AC was off so it was suffocatingly hot. It's much colder and more comfortable to stay outside. They only open the AC at 10 AM when the mall fully opens. The coffee was nothing compared to other TH branches. It was more watery and it tasted a bit more bitter compared to the other TH branches I've been in. For a coffee place that's supposed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, my experience was the total opposite.

I like the chill atmosphere in this branch and of course, loved their donuts. But one thing that would always discourage me in visiting this branch is the service. They would make you feel unwelcome. They would not even look at you or acknowledge you even if you are already at the counter waiting. 👎🏽 Unless you call for them. Ask them to warm your donuts and they would always decline.

No one was at the counter. Staff basically saw us waiting at the counter but no one bothered to say wait or hi. They don't heat the doughnuts before serving. Super poor customer service!
