Although only limited choices are available during our visit, the Caramel Iced Latte and the Frozen Hot Chocolate are both good. Prices are also reasonable so will try other flavors soon.

Update 1: Food - The iced coffee today was on point. It is perfect with the wrap I ordered so I’m giving it a 5/5🌟 this time. Service - The transaction from ordering and claiming was smooth. Except that I had to watch closely whether my food is already at the counter. Some cafe gives a buzzer that lights up or vibrates when its time to go back and claim orders. ——— Food - I like their Iced Hazelnut Latte. But I wonder why it sometimes tastes like diluted or watery. Service - They seem efficient in service for both in-store and delivery orders. Ambiance - Good place to meet up with friend…

This place could be more cozier if it wasn't cramped. It was a single row of tables then you get to the counter. Few seats inside and you'll have to find a spot al fresco. The photo they have is taken from inside looking out so it looks more spacious. It was my first choice for a coffee shop but because of the space, I have to move somewhere else.

Not the best Tim's location to dine in due to them trying to fit in more seats/tables than their weirdly small space can offer with a quality experience in mind. A solution would probably to have more outdoor seats/tables instead. AC was also weak. Coffee & food are naturally consistent with the brand. Service wasn't bad either.

The ambiance is okay—quiet, not too warm or cold, and with no extra designs. However, their coffee is not good. I ordered an iced cap, and it doesn't taste like coffee. It tastes more like winter melon milk tea sold by Nestea and has a bit of a medicinal flavor. There is no bitterness or kick that you would expect from coffee. I ordered iced coffee before and while it is better than the iced cap, it is too sweet for my liking.
