I have stayed at the TINHAT Boutique Hotel and restaurant on two separate occasions. It is my favourite hotel and restaurant in Davao. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant has wonderful food in a clean and friendly atmosphere. I'd love to stay there again.

Rooms can be better. Neighbors playing loud music which is irritating. The Staffs are Awesome, Friendly and Helpful. Food is Delicious and Halaal 😋. We will be visiting again. Rooms have Qur'an available ❣️❣️❣️.

The room is just fine for 2 person. Beds in twin bedroom are too small for a big guy or a tall guy like me. Curtains don't provide total darkness like what they advertise otherwise you will get a good sleep even when the sun is up. There were noise coming from the pipeline in the bathroom and it will disturb your sleep, you need to turn off the main switch for it to keep silent. Restaurant takes too long to serve food so order it in advance. Overall, it was a satisfying staycation.

We wanted to stay 1 night we did 3. The staff is amazing nice. Rooms clean internet fast food ok . Location near nightmarked great to go.! And for Davao it's good value not to expensive and recommend thanks all of you !

One of the more inexpensive hotels right in Davao City proper. Close to the city's touristic areas yet still relatively quiet. The standard rooms are bigger than most in its class. Clean but still needs quite a few improvements. No elevators though. Staff are courteous. A walking distance from the city's Chinatown.
