Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice of Singapore recently opened its 1st overseas outlet in the Philippines.
My top pick for Hainanese Chicken! As someone who doesn't like curry that much, I enjoyed their fish curry
Not bad. Dishes are a bit lacking in sourness and spice, but just like in Singapore where the next stall will have its own version of your favorite dish, I guess this restaurant has a “milder” version (or a more international touch) to their local dishes. Would have given them 5 stars if they served Tiger Beer in 633ml bottles. Barley drink was too sweet. Singaporean Ice Tea is not Singaporean. But… highly recommended place if your craving for Singaporean food. Have tried 3 Singaporean restos here in Manila, this place is on top of my list.
Hainanese Chicken Rice - 329.00php: 5/5, the chicken is tasty and soft, the rice is flavoured with chicken stock, the meal comes with soup that also compliments the meal, the condiments tastes good also. Ripe Mango Shake - 180.00php: 1/5, it's sour and small amount
This is a Singaporean restaurant that sells the Hainanese Chicken as their Signature dish. This is a franchised restaurant. I believe ordering a recent promo set is better in money value. The chicken tastes soft and tender and I like their fried tofu since it’s hot.
[23OCT24] been eating here from time to time, only to realized that their delicious soup comes with 10pesos for a refill :) They have a new menu for quite sometime now, alot of choices to pick but still we eat the classics. Roasted chicken, j.rice, fritters. We get to try and order century egg this time. [06DEC22] been eating here for so many times na. The food is good if its not great. Value for money is ok. They have friendly staff. And then just today i have learnt that eating here you only get the soup if you are ordering hainanese chicken rice. I hope they give the soup to all customer …
