We went here again after 5 years. We ordered Inasal and Daing na Bangus for lunch, still tasted great. We had merienda here aswell, Batchoy and Palabok were ok. Puto was good. My kids love their Inasal.
Finally, I've got to taste an ilonggo cuisine here in Cavite. However, they need to improve their KBL (kadyos, baboy, langka), the kadyos is still hard, the taste is a little bit bland. Kansi, taste better and their inasal is good. The customer service is excellent, they are very attentive. The place is awesome, nice ambiance and atmosphere. They also sell some antique furnitures...
I'm quite surprised with the menu. I was expecting a more sophisticated menu, perhaps, but was served with a homey Ilonggo-ish menu. The place itself is also a vintage store, so most of the furniture and aesthetics are old and smell old. The food is nothing grand. Ordered sizzling sisig and inasal. It was value for money, but I know I could have a similar meal with a much cheaper price.
San Miguel pale pilsen with chicken Inasal was nice. Reasonable price but little bit noisy because the location is just next to the road.
We have been dining here for several years now and the food has always been great especially when you consider its affordable price. Setting is tropical alfresco but its generally not hot as the air moves around. Service is outstanding and cooking time is reasonable. I think the main reason we keep coming back is that this place gives grear value for money. Also, parking is always ample.
