Titay's truly offers the best torta around. As a native of Liloan, I can confidently say that their torta never fails to satisfy. It's so delicious that you just can't get enough of it, no matter how often you have it. The rich, moist texture and perfect balance of flavors make it a standout treat. A great place to stopover from the north. Home of Cebu’s best rosquillos! They have an air conditioned dining area, a good place to escape the heat and enjoy their baked goodies.

This place serves as an excellent stopover and a convenient pasalubong center. The pasalubong boxes are reasonably priced and neatly packed. While their bread selection is delightful, the ube ensaymada doesn't quite capture the ube flavor, which was disappointing. However, their other breads are definitely worth a try.

If you're bound to North Cebu, this is a good place to stop by and buy some pasalubongs for your loved ones. They are known for their Rosquillos plus you can also add up more delicacies such as Chicharon, Tablea, Otap, Banana Chips, and a lot more. They also have a Cafe section which is nice for long-ride travellers. Chill and eat your fave bread and coffee.

The permeation of freshly brewed or "pulled" coffee upon entry just put me in a state of tranquility instantly. Offering their renowned Rosquillos and a hundred more tasty snacks, and fantastic pasalubongs, or presents to family and friends or just to satisfy the personal desire for a yummy treat or two. They have a dining area to complete the relaxing experience of a brief stop towards a journey, north or south of Cebu. Parking space is okay and someone will assist you going in or out of this sometimes, daunting tasks for a few drivers, navigating a very busy highway this past of town.
