Tiyo Montan’s Kopi may be a small cafe in Amadeo, but it offers an experience that surpasses many modern cafes. What I love most, aside from their locally made coffee, is their simple menu that makes me feel right at home. We ordered their pork sinigang soup and crispy daing na bangus, accompanied by three cups of rice, but ended up having four because it was so delicious. Adding to the charm is the ambiance—located along a road with limited traffic but surrounded by lush greenery, almost like a farm by the roadside. It's a homey place and their home-cooked food feels delicious, especially the fried chicken! We have eaten here several times, every time Amadeo makes us, surely will drop by to grab some food from them.
