Reasons not to dine here. 1) It’s a fast food chain but you will wait for your food for 20-30minutes. 2) All of the tables are not properly cleaned. 3) The utensils and the glass is very untidy. I was drinking then found a a bits of food in my glass. If you like to dine with tokyo tokyo. You should avoid this branch.

The service and the atmosphere are average. Normal scene at a fast food restaurant. The only thing is that the food is nowhere near the photo that was being displayed. I know my katsudon and the food served to me was not katsudon at all.

Tried their wagyu burger with unli fries. Burger patty has lots of fat like chewing gum. Nothing special with their nori fries. Asked for ketchup and was given 1 small packet for the unli fries 😅
