Tokyo Tokyo strives to improve every time. I noticed the difference in service. The crew anticipated our every need. From wasabi to extra rice, they were already there before I even asked or it took them just seconds to please my request. The food is still impeccable and good value for money. The ambience is better now than it was when it was at the upper ground.

Their manager, Marvin was very rude and obnoxious. i ordered an 8pc dragon maki, biggest red iced tea available, and a bottled water for dine in. He literally just shoved the maki and bottled water, walked away from the register and left without giving me chopsticks or any form of cutlery. When he delivered the iced tea to our table, he just literally placed it right on the corner of our table and walked away in disregard. Marvin, if you dont like your job, please resign. You are an embarassment to the service industry. Ive been working in the service industry longer than you have.

Staff are very unprofessional. They act as if they work in a market place. The lady in the counter with no name plate is so inept. No sense of customer service indeed!!! The manager is also there at the back sitting. Hahaha the quality of their food NOW SO BAD!
