sometimes simple things do matter, the order taker was not suggestive, no tissue paper was given, chopsticks were not included too, airconditioning in the dining area was not good, it was way cooler at the mall area, i was also expecting the katsudon's pork were sliced, but they were not, and not enough light sauce into the rice, we had 2 sets of ebi tempura and surprisingly they were of different textures, which should be consistent on all servings, overall, nothing above the ordinary.

Same with other branches of Tokyo Tokyo, they've reduced their crew and order pick-up even for dine-in is self-service. What's better is that this branch uses buzzers to signal that your food is ready for pickup. The initial rice portion they give is smaller than what they used to serve but you can still ask for extra rice for dine-in.

Good food is not authentic. Service is Typical. The atmosphere is great. But no Gcash payment which is Quite sad.
