Staff was courteous and the food was served quickly, which is good because it would have been terrible to have to wait for terrible food. It’s so bad! How shameful to associate this with Japanese cuisine at all, even if it’s fast food, other cheap Japanese fast food chains are so much better than the no-effort no-care food they make here. Even the miso soup did not taste like miso.

Food was served rather quick. Was told it would be 15minutes, it took less than half. Curry I ordered wasn't even warm. The pork tonkatsu looked more like pork nuggets. It's comically small. It's placed in a busy location that's why It has a marketplace atmosphere. I frequent this branch because it's near my workplace. Food has always been subpar. Portion and taste wise.

Food: doesn't taste like the other branches. Plus there is a bonus HAIR on my veggies! Really gross! Service: there was no fork, and it took 10 mins for them to provide us with forks. I just needed two! Atmosphere: a bit crowded, not much room for walking
