We ate here for early lunch. We ordered family set for 3 including Tempura, Karaage, and Tonkatsu. The food was served after a few minutes of waiting, it is delicious but we noticed that the side cabbage for Pork Tonkatsu is a bit bitter, probably shredded hard and was not bathed in cold water. The staff are friendly. I think the branch is renovated and it gives off a cleaner vibe.

We ate here today together with my wife and niece, we ordered their sumo deals and for me it was delicious it was serve fast... unlirice so no need to order again on the front..the ambience was nice no insect flying around and the staff are friendly...

Ordered to-go here and the staffs are all nice esp the cashier, very friendly and cheerful. Food is good. Customer service is okay. Place is not as clean as I expected. Kinda crowded since it’s already Alert Level 1 in the city. Kinda waited for too long for my orders to be served. Only 1 POS available that results to long waiting line on the counter. Overall experience. 7/10 No pets allowed.

Will rate this branch 3 stars for doing things in average. there were flies flying around when I was there. I also am not sure if they were understaffed since it took me awhile to ask for a refill of rice. Could be better. The servers should be alert when customers are asking for assistance.

While ordering the cashier punched two drinks instead of one. She even recapped it yet she did not mention the extra drink. My main concern is the utensils. Amoy basahan. We had to ask for disposable utensils since the smell is unnerving. They still did not change the batch of utensils after I raised the concern. My ramen order took long to come out even though my mother's ramen order already came. She also said that some parts of the ramen is cold.
