Staff are very friendly. The cashier is very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us picked the best deal. Tokyo Tokyo is one of my favorite restaurants.

Been eating in this restaurant since my childhood days! Yes, the food selection may not be the extent of fancy Japanese restaurants but Tokyo Tokyo is still one of the most well known fast food restaurants for Japanese food. Been eating bento, sushi roll, and sumo meal for how many times up to this writing and I'm not gonna lie, they actually taste good! Only downside is pricing because meals become more expensive due to demand for food supply.

Probably one of the worst branches in my opinion. My biggest ick is the utensils (hopefully not the plates and bowls too) not being carefully cleaned— Multiple bits of rice are present. I was not gonna write about it but it's been more than a year now- I should've taken photos. The food was alright but the serving was little. The cabbage was tasteless. Been here before and after the renovation. The decor was nice but besides that, nothing changed.

One of the staff who happened to be with me at the same escalator I'm riding stood on the side where people are not supposed to stand but walk. Not a good example to mall goers, being an employee wearing her Tokyo Tokyo uniform.
