I recently dined at Risario and it was the perfect welcome back to the Philippines! Nestled with an incredible view of Taal Volcano, this place offers a stunning backdrop that's almost surreal, especially at sunset. The food felt like a warm embrace from home—authentic Filipino dishes that taste just like they were lovingly prepared in a family kitchen. Every bite was a nostalgic journey, reminding me of the flavors I missed while abroad. The Bangus a la Pobre, Sinigang sa Kamias and Pakosalad were particularly delightful, perfectly capturing the essence of home-cooked Filipino comfort food.…
