Service is fantastic! They are so accomodating, they were able to fulfill my request of putting the sushis I bought from them into the container I brought with me meant for a special someone. Unreliable and unprofessional. Ordered in their store for New Year's Eve around 11AM and was given the 6-8PM slot. Been following up to confirm if they can really deliver since 7PM so we can order food somewhere else if they can't, cause given the occassion, it's understandable. With our every call - 7PM, 9PM and 10PM, they kept confirming they will deliver. We followed up again at 11PM. We received a text message by 11:30PM that they ran out of supplies. Now we don't have any other option. Do not overpromise to your customers.
