This was my first time trying TRUEWIN at SM Makati. I ordered their Single Bubble Brown Sugar Milk Tea. The balance between the tea and milk was mediocre, but it was okay for the price. It wasn’t too sweet even at 100% sugar, which was perfect for me. The service was quick too. Additionally, they have in-store seating with nearby sockets, convenient for those who want to work for a short while. I'd try their soufflé the next time I pass by!

i was just in the mood for juice, so i went looking for a place that could sell one and in a jiff. true win was near the dusit thani entrance of sm makati so i giddily asked for juice options and they reco’s the kumquat lime/lemonade drink. i got just 75% sugar and it was good. i think next time id do it at 100% coz i feel it be much to my liking. but dont get me wrong this drink was refreshing. and that souffle pancake looked fluffy. wasnt our order. just took a snap of it before it got busted out the counter and also for my future reference too. hehe.

Got the lemon strong black. I could taste the lemon. I could taste the tea. Dunno what those other guys are talking about maybe don't let the ice melt and drink it right away? I will admit it's not meet fresh / gong cha standards though, so docking a star for that. And at 119 for a large cup? This is a True Win.

I agree with most of the reviews here. I can't taste the tea on their milk tea. Could it be the ratio of tea to milk is too low or is it the quality of their tea? I dont know. So yeah, I can't recommend this store.

Don't waste your money here. I ordered a strong black tea with fresh milk, but it isn't as robust in flavor as I anticipated. Despite requesting additional tea, it remains disappointingly weak, and even the color of the beverage hasn't changed with the extra tea.
