I enjoyed our time there with family and friends. The place feels a little cramped but overall, it was a pleasant experience. My friend didn't get to finish her ramen because it wasn't hot when served. Our food wasn't hot but warm when served. Probably cooked beforehand considering there are a lot of customers especially on a weekend. The food is okay.
Authentic Japanese curry tastes exactly like it does in Japan. We’ve tried various places, including Marugame, local branches of Sukiya, and Kenshin, but this one captures the true flavor of Japanese curry.
The Restaurant Manager, Sir Eric was very welcoming and accommodating as well as the crew member. And the food was perfect and sumptuous it really suites to your gastronomic requirement. We will be back here again.
It was so-so. We went there for a quick bite after watching a movie. We ordered their Karaage Curry Udon and their Katsu Curry. For their katsu curry, the piece of pork is thin, not even breaded with panko, unlike other japanese restos I've been to. Their curry tastes okay but lacking in veggies, which almost made it more like a soup. For their udon noodles, it was heavy and filling. The karaage was not crunchy anymore, considering we ate there at 8 pm, but it was still moist.
If it wasn't because the smell lured us to this place, we would have gone to other restaurants that have faster services. And because the service is very slow, once our orders were served, we immediately dug in without taking photos of them. We personally think it tastes the same as other places, so it's not really worth our time waiting for them. However, the price is very cheap compared to the others. As for my kitsune udon, the noodles were served with clear golden soup and two sweet fried tofu. It's still a bit too salty for me, but that's probably typical of Japanese food.
