It's not that crowded (which is a plus). Fairly priced for a Japanese Coffee. I couldn't resist the caramel coffee. And it didnt disappoint me. I will be back soon.

I love their Affogato..but the BTS cake (formerly known as Better Than Sex) was disappointing.. dry and lacking in yummy chocolate taste

Staff were very kind, food was great & the place was clean. Staff were attentive as well. The chocolate french toast was kinda different from how it looked like before. Overall had a good dining exp. Will come back to this branch.

Jun 3 2024: changed rating from 5 star to 3 star. This was my family's go-to resto for late night snacks. However, food quality and service greatly declined. I requested for straw because of a medical problem in my mouth. However the staff refused to provide me a straw saying that UCC is a strawless establishment. This already happened to me with another Starbucks branch (congressional) so I requested to transfer the drink to a takeout cup thinking that at least I will have a strawless lid, but surprisingly, the staff provided me with a straw for my takeout drink as well.
