The food is savory & impeccably cooked. The amount of food doesnot seem to fill one's appetite. Its just not commensurate to what one pays like the Chicken Ramen & Beef Sukiyaki Noodle for P500.00 each for medium size bowl. The Chicken karagee is delicious. I miss the green mango shake. MAY 2024: what we like? SALAD! Ramen is just OK… the rest are good. Compared to other branch in Rizal this is better. Service can also be improved to ensure correct order and checking customers for their needs. Glad we availed of the promo, the price point is a bit high but the promo makes it very reasonable to try it out. Are we going to be back? Let’s see hoping they can have new better items in the menu.

Food is so-so. Their service is worst. More than 30mins of waiting just to receive the food. Manager or who ever in charge doesn’t take actions about their slow service. She just busy getting the payment.

Definitely the worst Botejyu branch I've ever been to. Went here on a Friday afternoon. Took some time to get their attention to get our order, we were told we'll have to wait 7-12 minutes, but actually had to wait for 25 minutes. We just don't understand how the whole process took so much time when they had very few customers at that time. Worse, the food quality was subpar. Takoyaki didn't have much filling, and wasn't cooked well. The soup didn't taste like miso at all. There's also a very strong smell of Zonrox or bleach coming from staff mopping the floor.
