They are open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 MN (last call for orders at 11:30, they start to clean up by then as well) They take cash, bank transfer, and gcash. Coffee and non-coffee drink selection are all budgrt friendly, including their rice meals and other food offerings. They have wifi and multiple sockets - you can study and work here as well.
