I've been a suki of Vasso since I arrived at Cebu last year. So far, I've been a customer of Vasso V. Rama, Vasso Banilad, and now Vasso Insular Square. Reliable customer service, great quality, and on time delivery! I highly recommend the macchiato tiramisu and red velvet cheesecake milk tea flavors.

Its an okay milktea shop. I suggest trying out the Black Sugar Cake from the Vasso Specials if you like a sugary tea taste with cream cheese.
