One of our all-time favorite BBQ places. We never dine in, always order for delivery or take-out. Today, our Grab self-pickup order was a little delayed, but the staff is very kind and courteous about the matter, they also informed us why one of our orders were taking more time than expected. The delay is understandable as well because of the rush of orders for Christmas. What went beyond today is that they offered us complimentary iced tea while we were waiting. No need to fret. They're people wanting to do their work well.

The chicken was delicious i have no criticism about it, it's good, but the sweetness of the sauce and rice didn't complement well. Adding calamansi to the sauce next time would bring a better balance of flavors.

Portions too small. No condiments. Outdoor dining only. Not even 8” bbq. Like 5-6” only.

The service was awful. I waited 40mins just to get 1pc of chicken. I dont think it's fair as in total there are only 2 tables dining in. When i followed up on my order thats when the cashier said serve ut already and they served it with a cold chicken. The chicken was also too sweet for my liking but still ok if the service wasnt that bad. Please see the attached photo for my order that i waited for for 40mins.
