Good food and for the price sakto serving and lasa
Good place to chill. Food is really good and at a reasonable price. Staff are nice as well. Highly recommend this place.
V-Lugaw is a sole lugaw or Rice Porridge eatery in Maginhawa St. near Al Jograts Persian Restaurant. The lugaw seems to be common but a budget-friendly eatery. Al fresco eating area is available, as the counter owns the spaces for kitchen area. It has another business lune as sportswear located at the back of Lugawan.
Pretty pricey for the size of serving and food quality. It's outdoor too.
