one of the older catering firms in Manila. We are having them cater my mom`s 80th birthday in a couple of weeks. We went to their main comissary for a tasting of the meal they will serve. I find this good as we have used a few other caterers before and they are the first to insist on a tasting. Food was better than average though I noted they (like everyone else) tend overcook their beef. This is getting to be an annoyance to me. The fillet mignon was thin.
