Wasn't sure about buying from here as a lot of the reviews were pretty bad. I tried to cancel my order but it was too late it seems. Thankfully the bouquet of sunflowers I had delivered turned out to be really nice! Either I was lucky or the bad reviews are just a vocal minority. There are cheaper flowers elsewhere that also do same-day shipping but if they somehow can't fulfill your order, Express Flower is worth a shot based what I've experienced.

This online flower store is a BIG LETDOWN! I ordered a boquet of 12 roses for my wife last Valentines day 6 days before the 14th and they have confirmed receipt. Come the 14th, there was NO flowers. On the 15th, it arrived 7PM, and WILTED after I complained the same morning!!! My god, what Service. THey did not even have the gall to say sorry. This website is a complete RIP-OFF!! My boyfriend was so excited ordering from this company because he saw that it's same day delivery, and they CAN customize his order based from my favorite colors. 1. His order arrived the next day (even if he placed his order before the cut off time) 2. the bouquet that I received was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT to what he ordered. 3. Ordered a bouquet of roses yesterday to be send in cebu city. I was confident that it was going to be delivered even though I found the reviews bad. Which is too late for me to cancel the order. It was delivered on the exact date that I want and my partner was so happy when she received it and it looks fresh. Keep this up everyday and definitely going to order again. I was only able to read reviews after ordering a bouquet of stargazer lilies from them. I was so anxious about the promptness of the delivery. Fortunately, the package arrived mid-afternoon of the scheduled date. Opening the package, they were the flowers I ordered but some of them were appearing already wilted. In the photo, it was a good thing it was not noticeable. The flowers smelled really good and the one who received the gift appreciated the bouquet so much.
