Best filipino style samgyupsal I've been to so far. Maybe this is because they have unli shrimp, scallops, fried chicken, tempura, and salmon belly (and I love seafood). They have wagyu beef on the menu as pledged by the name but we have not had the chance to try it because its out when were there. The crew responds fast but there are specific items on the menu that takes 10-15mins serving time. The price for each person is 499 and 599, depending if you have unlimited seafood or not. They have parking space in front of the place and across. They have a waiting are that has a Team Payaman log…
Good place but service is quite slow and inefficient. The wagyu is so cold that you need to cook it longer or else the inner part will still be raw. However, if you cook it longer, the outer part will burn. Some dishes that we ordered did not arrive. It took me three orders slips before I got my egg rolls. My friends' rating is 2, but I added 1 star because, somehow, the employees are kind.
Food: The foods taste ordinary as compared to other restaurants that offer the same menu and same price. Nothing special. Service: Servers are not rude but service is slow. We had to follow up our orders multiple times, and take note, the restaurant was not even full. Atmosphere: There weren’t enough ACs or fans to cover the whole place, plus the heat from the grill and hotpot, causing the place to be hot. It’s kind of annoying that we had to use our own fans, and we had to wipe our sweat while eating. Something positive: Location is accessible, clean restroom
One of the worst Samgyupsal restaurant I’ve ever visited. Below are my honest comments about the restaurant. 1. From parking area, security was rude telling me wagyu streak is unavailable and don’t complain if you feel satiated in your meal. 2. Staff are really rude, I don’t know if they’re tired or they hate their job but as soon as we entered the restaurant, it was not full but the staff kept ignoring us and when we asked for service, they told us to wait standing on the side while they arrange our table. Also they serve us cold rice so we asked the staff to replace it with a warm rice. T…
Horrible food. The shrimp tempura was served nearly frozen. When cooked, tasted like paper. Beef yakiniku (tasted like something that was left in the freezer for 10 days) was served in 4x4 (inches) sized plates—the beef was 2x2, so when cooked they looked like thumb-sized pieces of barbecue 🤬. Veggies didn’t look and taste fresh at all. Sauces were like the cheap ones we could buy at the grocery. Everything tasted cheap and freshly off the freezer. To top it all up: the air-conditioning wasn’t working. THE WORST RESTAURANT EVER. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Waste of money. 🤮🤮🤮 Staff could even be hear…
