Whenever late-night cravings hit, this siomai place in Tisa is our top choice! The siomai is always freshly steamed, packed with flavor, and paired perfectly with their special chili garlic sauce. Super value food. This is one of the busiest hole in the wall eateries in Cebu. People come here for the siomai or pork dumplings but they also offer ngohiong, dinamita, lumpia, and even instant noodles. This really a popular late night food trip place.

We went here because we craved for the original siomai sa Tisa... craving satisfied for only 86 pesos for both me and my husband! We were happy and full with our meal! Siomai sa Tisa is yummy compared to any commercial siomais around. Their sauce is the best!!!
The place has improved since the last time we visited there. There is already bigger a space to eat.
We went there at 10pm already but the place is still jampacked.
I rated 4 star because they need to improve on their cleanliness.

Cheap price , what you is what you get. They serve the food as it is.maybe going there early as they open you can really appreciate the pungko pungko. but the food is nice. service is good aswell , atmosphere is okay if you're not maarte or maselan.

Siomai tastes good, but I personally prefer another store's (still in Tisa) taste wise. My friends personally prefer Way Tugpahay over the other store that I prefer.
