We came to this place after our first two choices were closed. The café is part of the much bigger health institute. The staff were friendly, especially the cook. The dining area is surrounded by other products on sale, so it’s not your typical cosy café type. We ordered the siomai (very filling compared to the non-vegetarian kind), the spring rolls (tasted amazing), the dumplings (great) and the tofu adobo (underwhelming as it didn’t taste like adobo—I didn’t taste the laurel leaf which defines the adobo we know). We are travelers visiting Cebu, Philippines for the Sinulog Festival and are very happy that we found this healthy place! The chickpea salad, shawarma wrap, and mango banana peanut butter toast are delicious! We’re very happy there’s a wellness cafe like this here! The WiFi speed is also very fast here. Wellness Land was a big letdown. Despite being a vegan restaurant, there was no tofu option—only fake meat. Most dishes were fried or deep-fried and felt super unhealthy. Portions were tiny; I had to order three dishes just to feel full. The "whole wheat bread" was just a burger bun. Service was incredibly slow, and the aircon wasn’t on when we arrived. Would never go again.

Ordered 2 dishes. My rice dish was barely warm but they didn't even bother heating up my bbq sticks dish. I almost never leave a restaurant with any food on my plate but this time i didn't even touch it out of fear for stomach issues. I don't recommend this place.
