Chicken is not hot. Also, the customer service is not so good. Our concern on why they split the transaction of senior and regular order buffles me. The manager or supervisor on duty seems not to know how to explain clearly why. She just keeps on saying that it is how the POS is computing it. So if the POS fails she doesnt know how to compute manually?? I think that supervisor or manager on duty should take on more seminar and training on Customer Service and Accounting for Non-Accountants. Non-chalant demeanor. So disappointing really this Wendy's branch in Market!Market!

Wendy's do have good food, but this branch in particular needs to heavily improve their staff's behavior and professionalism. In my experience, i have had repeated wrong orders on multiple visits, the staff are often laughing and cackling about their gossips and personal matters while serving, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment for the customers. I do like this branch, hence why I'm giving my review to hopefully see improvements and make it better for my fellow customers.

Ordered a bacon actor and the burger was like leather and bacon was raw. They made a fresh one and the burger was even more over cooked. The bacon was better. So, I ate a bacon sandwich.
