Came for Dunkin' but craved for BMM as we drove in to Phoenix. The speed of service and their combo burgers. -- BMM faves -- are sure to make me come back. TBH, we've been going here at Phoenix for late-night snacking but would not want to order here because of my last bad experience with one of their branches in Manila. It's clean enough to dine-in...or out since this is alfresco only - which is its downside and can be huge if there's a piled up garbage nearby or a garbage truck happens to refuel as this Wendy's is just beside the gas station. Overall, if you want your fix for their all-time fave of frosty+fries, this would be your go-to if you are in the vicinity.

We went here at around 12:22 Am. We were supposed to eat dine in (Alfresco only) but opted out to just take it home due to the garbage smell. We ordered Fam Box 1 (Burger, Fries, and Iced Tea) I guess it's okay? Jr. sized Bacon Mushroom Melt - just okay. Will order again? Maybe not. Fries - was just alright. Lack of salt for my liking, and some fry isn't evenly cooked. Iced tea - great. Flavorful but a bit sweet.

Ordered by drive thru so atmosphere is irrelevant. Order was taken then when we got to the window the crew asked what we ordered again. We repeated again and crew missed our drink with the double burger meal with medium fries and medium cola drink. Also our churo order seemed burnt and so hard to chew the other order was fine. So frustrating to find all out when drobe kms away and get to your home with missed orders. She looks so overwhelmed when there was only 2 cars me and another behind me in the line. Date 28Apr24 9pm

Their priority is their Drive thru. Too many crew but only one assembling the order. I arrived first but the guy who tried to help to assemble the order is not helping at all, gave a side dish ceasar salad instead of supreme, then finished assembling the order of the customer after me. Very frustrating. Same goes with drive thru, I was there first but the car who went after with a lot of order finished first.
