**A Pleasant Post-School Visit** My classmate and I decided to swing by this place after school, and I must say, I was impressed by how closely the burger resembled its advertised counterpart. It looked just like what you see in the posters and commercials. As for the taste, it was decent; nothing extraordinary, but certainly nothing to complain about either. It was a satisfying experience. If you're looking for a place that delivers on the visual appeal of their food, this place won't disappoint.

This was the first time I have tried Wendy's, customer service is okay, the chicken is perfectly salty. The fries do need a little bit of an upgrade.

Wendy’s food is great. The only problem is the size of their chicken patty becomes too thin unlike before. You would think inflation si inevitable. Staff are very accommodating, especially the cashier Issa. Even though she is wearing face mask, you can see in her eyes and the tone of her voice that she is sincere in serving each customers.

Their baked potatoes are awesome if they only bring back its usual taste of loads of cheese and bacon bits. Because it seems that they made it less. Their ice tea, macaroni salad with gelatin and fries are also great. Before i use to eat their often but now less because of the rising burger chains. The only thing that makes them different from the others is thier baked potatoes and they are changing it.

Could you relay this concern to Wendy's SM North Annex customer service? I ordered via Grab Food. Fries and 20 pcs nuggets were cooked using used oil. You can taste it, they were not crispy and taste like old stocks. Also the macaroni and gelatin were not cook well, they were hard to chew than usual. I know I only ordered worth P700+ and almost closing time, but didn't we deserve better? It was so dissapointing, this is such an example of "cravings UNSATISFIED". I would not order again on that branch and will post reviews on social media.
