Supposed hub for various commercial shops but seem to be half empty due to competing malls and shops around Alabang. At the back are several good restaurants.

I'm a bit confused whether this building is old or new. Half of it is empty, half looks left out or under construction. But the CR tells it's not a new building 😅 While walking around, I saw a coffee shop, a gym and some dental clinic.
