Worst customer service ever. Our food took 1 hour, our bill took 30 minutes. We had missing orders and no empathy whatsoever from the service team. We even saw a rat go inside the kitchen! Branch manager missing in action.

Disappointed with Halo Halo ube. Whenever in Philippines I see to it I have kuya j ube Halo Halo because of its texture. In this branch their ube halo halo not same what I had in Munoz branch. I'm supposed to order the solo but the server mentioned their on going promote of the regular size special so thought to have it but when I started to eat my ube halo halo I was disappointed. I got coarse crushed ice unlike before it is smooth crushed ice snow flakes like. Maybe I will try other branch if ever because the server insisted that nothing change and it's still same

Pancit canton so Bland. Crispy Pata not complete when they serve i just knew it halos kalahati lang meat nya at super kunat ng skin. Fried chicken over cooked and super dry. Serving too small for the price. Service not good. Chopsuey Bland. Waiting too long for our order it takes almost an hour before they serve it. Overall not recomended,not coming back for sure.

Poor customer service, Managers are unprofessional. Side dish was never served to us during our dinner, they are lack of training in food service. When they serve you dessert they will never bother to clean your table and give you a small spoon. Difficult to recommend this restaurant, its your choice, but we will never visit it again.
