I have passed by this restaurant several times but never tried their cuisine until now. I decided to order the Salmon Aburi Sushi, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The taste was exceptional, and I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. There are no further words to describe its excellence. My favorite Japanese restaurant! All the dishes I tried were a 10/10 especially the SPICY SALMON SALAD (super fresh!). The ambience was nice and the staff were friendly & accommodating. They served the food right away and would always check on us if we needed anything. The price is very affordable for the proportions and quality you get. I've been here around 4x and would definitely go back again and again with my loved ones :) My only complaint is that they don't have enough branches!
A small Japanese restaurant with comfortable seats and good vibe. They have a variety of food options, at reasonable prices. We had chirashi and spicy tuna don. They came in generous serving sizes. The wait staff were pleasant and courteous.
This place is perfect for a Japanese food trip! 🇯🇵🈲 The menu offers authentic flavors and dishes that truly deliver. The price compared to the portion size is worth it. It’s nearby our office. I'll be dining here again for sure. 👌

Based on me, are likely mixing up the meanings of "Koku”and "koiaji." Koku refers to the richness and depth of flavor in ingredients or dishes. On the other hand, "koiaji “ refers to dishes with strong flavors and a rich taste, often intensified by saltiness. In Japanese cuisine, the perception of having very strong flavors is not very common. Japanese cuisine emphasizes well-balanced seasoning…
