though the place is in 2nd floor and you can’t even notice it but love the ambiance and the food. You have to park at Three Central Building at the other side of the building.

We ordered 2 bowls of Pho and 1 came 20 minutes late. I asked for Hoisin sauce and they said that that is Chinese and since they're a Vietnamese resto, they don't carry it. While all Phó restos ve been to in the US, Paris and here in P.I.. I didn't get to finish my bowl as it tasted below mediocre. That is my experience at this restaurant.
