Reminded me of the chinese restaurant in vancouver that me and my family go to as tradition when i visit them
xiao xiang bo is definitely authentic. Only got to try the braised pork, fried rice, and cauliflower because there’s only 2 of us eating and the serving is big
Braised pork - not your usual braised pork. Most braised pork in chinese restaurants here in ph are sweet. This is more herbal in taste idk what they used but i like it! My dad didnt so it’s an acquired taste. (Defo try it still)
