Tbh, yabu is my least fav among the great japanese restaurants. But this isnt saying their food is bad or “just okay”. Full honesty, their pork cutlets are reaaaally nice and the quality of it is 🔥🔥 It’s thick, juicy, and doesnt have that tough and cardboard taste most pork cutlets have.
