Arguably one of the best Japanese places in QC. Sashimi is melts in your mouth good. Salad dressing is amazing. Pork is juicy. Desserts are delicious, yet not overwhelmingly sweet. A dish I'd recommend? The grilled salmon belly. Atmosphere was cozy and intimate. Located at a corner of the second floor of the building, you'll be protected from the noise of the next door casino. We were glad that their hostess was able to accomodate our group even on short notice. The service staff were quite attentive, on top of everything we needed but never hovering. Food was fantastic and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. If I were to nitpick I would suggest they use more mirin in their tempura sauce.

It's exactly what you'd expect from a hotel restaurant: good food, high quality, top-notch service, and of course, overpriced. But is it worth? It doesn't really standout compared to other fine dining Japanese restaurants.
