Ordered online and received the bag without any tissue, utensils, hot sauce, and dip/ranch. I called the branch who took the order and learned that as of August last year, the tissue, hot sauce, and utensils were included “by request”. So I guess I should still be thankful that a paper bag was included to carry the food in. It would have been nice if I was informed during the branch’s call for order confirmation if I needed tissue, utensils, and hot sauce for my order (pizza, hot chix, pasta). Got none of that. This sad and irresponsible business poisoned my guests when ordering from thier slip-shod delivery service. Note that NONE of their numbers posted are in working order. They WILL pay for the several trips to the emergency room. . .
