Great yoga classes, delicious food, amazing location ! I started yoga at Yoga Tayo with zero experience, and now I am enjoying it! The instructors are incredibly patient, making each class both enjoyable and empowering. The atmosphere is serene, and the food is equally amazing—delicious, healthy meals that perfectly complement the practice. Highly recommend for anyone looking to nourish both body and soul!

My partner and I had a fantastic experience at Yoga Tayo! We enjoyed the Eggs Benedict on a croissant and coffees for breakfast, before I took part in the morning yoga class. The yoga class was perfection, and had a personal touch as I could express which areas I needed to particularly work on! I believe the instructor was called Meg, and she was great! This is a must visit!

Food was okay. Proportions of food were relatively small compared to the price. There were 2 lovely dogs inside and we decided to give some food. However someone shouted at us not to feed the dogs, probably were the owners. Made us feel blamed and we did not enjoy the meal thereafter for something not communicated at all. Suggestion: if you don’t want the dogs the be fed by people in your restaurant, COMMUNICATE THRU SIGNAGES. this would create a better feeling for your customers than being shouted at.
