I rarely add comment/review on places that I have been and this place deserves a comment. The best Japanese Barbecue that I have ever been here in Cebu. Staffs are great, approachable, friendly and proactive. Food tastes really great. You'll get more than what you paid for. A lot of meat choices. The meats are premium. Not to mention unlimited tempura, ice cream sticks, scallops and cheese.

Yoshimeatsu is by far one of the best restaurants (Samgyupsal or yakiniku) here in Cebu. Mas lami pa sa uban sa city. Overall it was a good experience. Some of the meat slices are thin cuts that when you try to cook, the meat slide down the grill or go up the pipe exhaust. It was so funny that it happened. Hehehe I like their California Maki Sushi, newly cooked Tempura, and the meats. Totally forgot the meat dishes. But it is a good try. Cheers!!

The only food I ate most was the tempura, aside from that it was just meh. Their cheeseballs and tofu were good, but when we ordered, the staff will just say they'll get back and then forget, which made us not want to stay longer. We visited the place also for their ice cream as it looked good in the photos but unfortunately there was none, neither any alcohol so we just had to keep up with water. The place looks good but we went home kinda disappointed.

First time to dine here and it would be the last as well. We didn’t like the fact that they already put chicken skewers and beef/pork plates without asking us what meat we want to order. This forces customers to eat all the served food because there’s a fee for leftover food. There are far better samgyupsal restos out there within the same price range.
