This place has been renamed from Samgyeopsal Cafe to Chusam Cafe. Chusam is probably a combination of small octopus(webfoot) is the "Chu" and pork belly (Samgyeopsal) Samgyeopsal means "Sam(삼)" is Three. "Gyeoup(겹) is Layered border. "Sal(살) is meat. Koreans like three and one.
Hole in the wall authentic korean resto in Malate. It is near Remedios circle corner Bocobo St. Meats are plain and there’s cheese as well. Though it has to be torched.
