This is a young business, with this branch being their first. Overall, their roast chicken is good and reasonably priced. Flavor-wise, the herbs used give their roast chicken a wonderful taste. It’s quite juicy too—one whole piece gave out about 4-5 tablespoons of juices after we put it onna plate. That’s juicier than Chook’s or Andok’s. However, having said that, their roast chicken can use a little bit more salt (maybe 10-20% more). It’s not bland, mind you, but a little bit saltier would be good, in my opinion.
